With support from Joma and the Greater Norwich Growth Board, The Nest is proud to open three brand-new Padel courts – bringing one of the world’s fastest-growing sports right to the heart of our community.

Whether you’re a complete beginner, a seasoned player or simply looking for a fun new way to stay active, Padel at The Nest has been designed with you in mind.

And with plenty of on‑site parking, a welcoming café and a friendly, community atmosphere, it will be easy to make Padel at The Nest part of your routine.

What is Padel?

Padel is a sociable racket sport that’s easy to learn and incredibly fun to play. Known for its inclusive nature, it’s perfect for all ages and abilities. We’ll be offering free taster sessions where you can come and give it a try.

QR ordering system to get your Green Farm coffee, delivered court side

Padel at The Nest will be a space where everyone feels welcome. In addition to court hire our programmes will include:

Private coaching sessions for all abilities
Opportunity for all ages to learn to play from 5 – 105
Inclusive sessions for people with disabilities and families
Sessions that focus on supporting health, wellbeing and community connection

Court Hire Prices

Monday – Friday
- Off peak – 9:00am – 5pm
- Peak – 7:00am – 9:00am & 5:00pm – 10:00pm
Saturday & Sunday
- Off peak – 5:00pm – 9:00pm
- Peak – 7:00am – 5:00pm

Peak Times – £30 per court, per hour
Off Peak Times – £24 per court, per hour

Memberships

Adult Membership – £99 per year
Junior Membership – £25 per year
65+ Membership – £25 per year

Memberships unlock a great range of benefits including:

20% off court hire *
Free racket hire
Access to members only events & promotional offers
Priority access to block bookings (up to 6-weeks for off peak slots)
28-day priority booking
10% discount in The Cafe
10% discount in The Store (including balls, rackets and merchandise)

*The 20% members discount on court hire applies solely to the proportion of the booking attributable to the active member(s). Where a court is share between multiple players, the discount will be applied only to the member’s individual share of the total court fee.

- From October – Adults £4 per racket / Junior £2 per racket

Padel Balls

Balls are available to purchase from either The Store or The Pod vending machine by the courts

Wheelchair Padel

We have one adult and one junior wheelchair-accessible equipment available for use, for free. Please contact reception on 01603 984000 to reserve when booking your court.
